Naturalli Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Naturalli (“Naturalli”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, programs, and services (“Services”). By accessing or enrolling in any plan or package, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Users must be 18 or older and legally capable of forming binding contracts.

  • Accurate registration: You must provide and maintain truthful contact and personal information.

  • Secure account: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activities on your account.

3. Memberships, Plans & Subscriptions

  • We may offer one-time packages, subscriptions, and memberships.

  • Membership details (e.g. duration, faculty access, recipe books, pharmaceutical or testing add-ons) vary by package. See the service page for specifics.

  • Fee structures may include:

    • Full payment

    • Instalment plans, e.g., two or three monthly payments.

  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue any offer, price, or plan at our discretion.

  • When you enter an instalment plan you agree to make these payments on the due date and agree to pay the full amount. The first instalment is confirmation of your agreement to pay the full amount.

  • You must agree to use up all your consultations available to you in the allotted time period of either 6 weeks (hormone reset package) or 6-months (peri-menopause & PCOS / Fertility packages).

4. Free and Initial Consultations

  • New clients are offered a free 20-minute consultation.

  • A 48‑hour cancellation guarantee applies: Notify within 48 hours of booking a paid consultation, and all deposited fees are refunded.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • We strive for accurate pricing. In case of errors, we may cancel orders or request additional payment/refund overcharges.

  • All major credit cards and payment platforms are accepted. Orchestrated third-party billing errors are not our responsibility.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, videos, materials (“Content”) are owned or licensed by Naturalli.

  • You receive a personal, non‑transferable licence to use Content for your own health and education.

  • Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or deriving works from our Content is strictly forbidden unless prior written permission is obtained.

7. Use of Our Services & Third‑Party Content

  • Our Services may contain third-party links, tools, or content; we do not control or endorse them.

  • We disclaim any liability for third-party content or their accuracy.

8. Disclaimer & “As‑Is” Provision

  • Our Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind (e.g., non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness).

  • You assume all risk in relying on our Services for health, nutritional, or medical guidance.

9. Liability Cap

  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

  • We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive damages, or lost profits, income, data, or opportunity.

10. Cancellation, Refunds & No‑Show Policy

  • You may cancel a scheduled program or consultation within at least 48 hours notice for a full refund of deposit fees. Thereafter, refunds may be withheld.

  • No refunds or credits are available for unused portions of Services used by you.

11. Intellectual Property Complaints

  • We follow UK/EU standards (e.g. DMCA).

  • To report IP infringement, you must submit notice in writing with required details (e.g., identification, infringing content and location, a statement under penalty of perjury).

12. User Feedback

  • You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use feedback and suggestions you provide.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy (effective Nov 2024) explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data. Data is retained only as necessary or until you request deletion.

  • By using our Services you agree to our Privacy Policy.

14. Cookies & Analytics

  • We use cookies (strictly necessary, performance, and functionality) in compliance with UK/EU laws.

  • You may refuse cookies via your browser settings; but some site functions may be impaired.

15. External Links

  • Our site may link to external sites; we have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

16. Changes & Continuity

  • We may amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes are published on the site, and effective immediately. Continued use signals acceptance.

  • If any term is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.

17. Assignment & Transfers

  • You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations.

  • We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a reorganization, sale, or merger, but will ensure your rights are unaffected.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be exclusively resolved in the English and Welsh courts.

Terms of Engagement

Between: Kimberly Parsons at naturalli.me and ‘The Client’

1. Scope of Services

As a qualified naturopath, I provide individualised consultations aimed at supporting your health and wellbeing using natural therapies. This may include:

  • Nutritional advice and supplementation

  • Herbal medicine

  • Lifestyle and stress management guidance

  • Functional testing (where applicable)

All consultations are designed to complement, not replace, medical treatment. Clients are encouraged to maintain regular checkups with their primary healthcare provider.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete health information.

  • Communicate any changes in your health status or medications.

  • Follow the agreed treatment plan to the best of your ability.

  • Inform your GP or other healthcare providers of any treatments or supplements recommended.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law or in cases of serious concern for your safety or the safety of others.

4. Privacy

Your personal and health information is collected and stored securely in accordance with UK Privacy Laws. You have the right to access your records at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Informed Consent

By engaging in consultation, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the nature and purpose of naturopathic treatment.

  • You have the right to ask questions and to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time.

  • Naturopathic care may not be appropriate for all conditions and is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

6. Results Disclaimer

While I strive to support your wellness, results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Healing is a collaborative process requiring active participation and commitment from both practitioner and client.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the practitioner-client relationship at any time. If I determine that your care requires services beyond my scope of practice, I will refer you to an appropriate provider.

8. Contact & Communication

Non-urgent communication outside of appointments may be sent via email and will be responded to within 48 hours. Emergencies should be directed to your GP or local emergency services.

You agree to these terms of engagement by filling in and completing the Naturalli New Patient Form.
