Retreat and/or Event Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

To reserve a spot on a Retreat or event held by Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. After payment is received, the remaining balance is required to be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to the retreat/event start date to secure your place. Prices are based per person, but DO NOT include flights or travel to the venue unless specified. Any bank fees incurred through transferring funds are the responsibility of the guest. It is also the responsibility of the guest, if paying via a currency that is not POUNDS, that the correct amount is transferred taking into account any exchange rates and transfer fees.

Insurance

Please note, even if you have private health insurance, it is unlikely that this insurance will cover overseas trips. It is your responsibility to organise suitable travel and health insurance. Although we strongly encourage you to do so, you acknowledge that any retreat held by Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held liable if your failure to arrange suitable insurance coverage leaves you exposed, medically, financially or otherwise.

It is the responsibility of the guest to have adequate travel insurance to cover any activity outlined on the event schedule, Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, take no responsibility for injury during or after the retreat or event. 

Cancellations Definitions

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat or event, including postponing or rescheduling. “You” refers to the guest booking a retreat or event with Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties. “We” refers to Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat or event, but unexpected things do happen.

Guest Cancellation Policy

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule (“the Cancellation fee schedule”):

  • If you cancel 4 weeks or more before your retreat or event start date, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance but will not be refunded the initial deposit.

  • If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your retreat or event start date, you will forfeit your entire payments.

  • All cancellations are to be given in writing via email.

Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. 

Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties Cancellation Policy

If Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, must cancel or change a scheduled retreat or event date for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer your full retreat or event payment to another retreat or event (either scheduled or at some future time). Alternatively, you may request a refund of your payment, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible.

Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat or event such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Passports, Visas and Documents

It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for any country to be visited in connection with Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties retreats or events. We also recommend all guests to have at least 6-months remaining on their passport prior to travel.

Third Parties

Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, holds no responsibility for the actions of third parties or independent contractors, included in the event, or if they should modify the nature of a service as compared with the advertised nature of the service.

Guests Responsibilities during the Retreat/Event

It is the responsibility of the guests to be respectful of accommodation and venues, ensuring rooms are left clean, in a state they were initially found in, with no damage caused to the venue. If damage is caused to the venue, or any of the contents at the venue or in association with the retreat or event, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover all associated costs with the damages.

Guests are expected to act in a responsible manner, that is respectful towards other guests, the hosts and venue.

By accepting these terms and conditions the attendee accepts all responsibility for personal injuries during the retreat/event or following the event/retreat. It is the responsibility of the individual to know their abilities and how far to push themselves with regards to their fitness levels and to be aware of the safety of their actions, for both themselves and others.

Where car hire, minibus hire or any form of travel or airport transfers are included for an event or retreat, all guests take responsibility for their own safety. Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons and any associated parties or drivers are not responsible for the safety of individual passengers.

In the event of food poisoning, Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, and organisers are not liable.

By participating in any activities included within a retreat and/or an event, including workouts and/or all fitness activities, water activities, day trips, cookery workshops, boat trips, talks and tastings, participants and guests do so at their own risk and take full responsibility for their own safety and health. Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons, hosts and all associated parties take no responsibility for any injury during or after the activity.

General Waiver

You acknowledge that during a retreat or event, you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the retreat organisers, fitness professionals, hosts and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a retreat or event.

Photo / Video Release

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby grant Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which you feature that are taken during the course of the retreat to use / republish / copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with the Naturalli brand.

I hereby release and discharge Naturalli, Kimberly Parsons plus involved third-parties, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

These terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Unfair terms are unenforceable.
