Consultations are conducted via video link or in-person. In-person consultations take place from Kimberly’s home in Warlingham, Surrey UK.

Yes, we offer a 48 hour cancellation guarantee – If you don’t believe working with naturalli to treat your hormones is right for you and you notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled case history consultation we offer a full refund for any deposit for payment made to naturalli.

Yes - we offer online video consultations for patients who live outside the UK. We arrange our appointments to best suit the time-zone difference.
*Please be aware that personalised herbal tinctures cannot be sent abroad due to customs restrictions. Kimberly will provide treatment utilising available herbs and supplements available in your area.

No. Naturalli is a 100% natural, naturopathic clinic. I use herbal medicine, nutrition, targeted fasting and lifestyle strategies to rebalance your hormones. If you are currently taking Bio-identical hormones, HRT or hormonal contraceptives, we can still work together.

Please cancel or reschedule an appointment with no less than 24 hours notice. To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call or text +44 (0)7547750826. If you fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24 hours notice period, Kimberly holds the right to charge in full for the allocated appointment time or cancel that appointment without a rescheduled time.

If herbal medicine is recommended, you’ll receive a personalised formula tailored to your symptoms and health needs. These formulas are made to order and supplied separately from your consultation fee unless otherwise specified. Pricing depends on the herbs, dose and duration required.

Yes. In most cases herbal medicine works safely alongside medications.
